SNS24

Last week I had a horrible neck pain, but not enough to call emergency services, so I decided to call SNS 24 (808242424).

I was told to go to the local “Centro de Saúde” to be examined by a doctor, where they would be expecting me.

When I arrived there, after an excruciating car drive where every pothole felt like a stab to the neck, I was told that not only there were no doctors that day, there weren’t even any slots for the following day.
