Official priority service for government/migration issues

tldr:I will be very happy if Portuguese government organises official fast track for any interaction about getting documents, tax numbers, residence permits.

I m living in Portugal 4 years and pay more than 50K euro taxes per year.

So at least I m willing to pay thousands of euro to get my/my family residence permits really fast like in ONE week to be able to enter rest of EU. why its NOT ready after 1 year and after 6 months of appointment waiting? same thing for making NIF/NISS/SNS/chave movel, there is no tickets any time I check!

why it’s so difficult even if migrants ready to pay any price to speed up the things?
