A month ago I went to a medical center one hour before closing. Despite several people waiting, the receptionist refused to see anyone for consultations, including an 80-year-old woman struggling to breathe, and told everyone to go to the nearest hospital, which is 30 minutes away.
This situation happens often, and many people have stopped filing complaints because they feel it doesn’t make any difference.
