Extremely loud vehicles (motorcycles)

This is one of my biggest gripes about Portugal. The culture around obnoxiously loud cars and bikes, 95% of the time it’s bikes though.

It’s cool when you’re 16, not when you’re an adult. A lot drive like maniacs, have straight piped exhausts which break all national laws and the Police/GNR do fuck all about it.

I literally live next to the GNR on a 50km/h road and bikes accelerate to over 120km/h 24/7 in the middle of town in a pedestrian heavy area. Super dangerous and everyone hates it (the Portuguese included) yet the authorities do nothing.
