Caixa bank blocked accounts for all Russians in Portugal

I live in Portugal for 3 years. Today I saw complains from 100+ friends about Caixa account blocks. I got same message as well. I was not able to receive salary from my employer. They give me 2 months to withdraw all money from account.

Interesting that accounts are blocked for people with valid residence permits, even for families with mortgages. I understand there are EU sanctions but Caixa is the only bank doing that.
